JOB DESCRIPTION:
* On  spare parts:
- Communication with all company branches, internal and external customers, dealers, external business partners, service technicians on their responsibilities.
- Responsible for accuracy and keeping order in the parts department.
- Manage customer database company and responsible for large customer database in order to sell spare parts.
- Ensure the development of new spare parts sale contracts with current and future customers.
-It Ensure that the conditions of trade under its provisions (offers, contracts, orders discount).
- Advises clients on the order of parts.
- To inform and provide support to colleagues and clients in terms of price and delivery time of spare parts from suppliers.
- Ensure a good collaboration and providing technical support service department.
- Ensure the receipt of purchase spares bills.
- Provides support regarding warranty conditions ordered products to the customer and guarantee those recovering from producer.
  - Is responsible for requesting and ordering replacement parts from suppliers, using software.
- Responsible for coordinating the reception, freedom of movement records management and preparation of spare parts.
- Prepares complaints by suppliers of spare parts after analysis.
- Development of statistics - rotation of stock, etc.
- Monitoring the market.
- Creating and sending of advertising leaflets to support the sale of spare parts.
- Replacement their subordinates during holidays.
- Ensure the creation and sending of technical materials (catalogs, drawings, photographs, descriptions, technical data, etc).
- The smooth running of logistiicii safe delivery of spare parts.
- Ensure proper functioning of the deposit.
- Control and internal invoicing between departments within companies.
- Compliance with internal company rules.
* On quality management:
- Get knowledge about the products sold.
- Keep a record of equipment sold.
- Conduct campaigns to promote products with information from manufacturers
- Develop Customer Service and Quality Management deals subsidiary company.
- Provide post sales support
- Sending information on after-sales issues by product managers and suppliers
- Transmission of technical information from producers to Management and Product Managers and Customers
- Participation in technical trainings from manufacturers.
- Making technical publications - repair manuals, operations manuals.
- Ensure the printing and distribution of technical manuals.
- Monitor sales statistics.
- Perform market research, pricing prodelor comparing them with cumpetitia.
* On service:
- Perform analysis of malfunctions or failures of machines / plants, setting causes that determined them and take steps to overcome the effects.
- Supervising the contracts for compliance with the requirements on quality of work, timeliness of execution and to budget.
- Reply to the quality of subordinate staff for operational flow and realized projects approved involving (implementation, completion)
