JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Communication with the directorate of the company and its branches, interior and exterior customers, dealers, with foreign business partners, service technicians regarding the requests and orders for the spare parts.
- Responsible for correctness and cleanness of the spare part department
- Active care for the created group of clients as well as the increasing of the new customers in the area of selling the spare parts
- Giving the right, full information in time to the clients
- Information of the dealers and customers on goods - prices, delivery
- Cooperating with the service sections
- creating of warranty claims for all products
- Requesting and ordering the spare parts
- Executing claims to the producer
- Technical support in the area of the spare parts
- Monitoring the market
- Creating and sending out the propaganda leaflets to support the sale of the spare parts
- Substitution of the subordinates
- Service in duty during the weekends during the season and out of the season
- Creating the Price Lists and abatement conditions
- Securing, creating and sending out of the technical materials (catalogues, technical drawings, photographs, descriptions, technical data etc.)
- Organizing the logistics of the delivery of the spare parts
- Securing the proper running of the storehouse
